60 Seconds with the Internet Traveller
Recently we added a rather glamorous new string to our bow when our parent company acquired savvy leisure travel experts the Internet Traveller.
This means that we can now offer our discerning business travellers the chance to extend their work trip with a few days or more of leisurely exploration in their destination - all booked and guided by the good folk at the Internet Traveller.
Perfect timing then to introduce one of their all-star travel supremos, the wonderful Hannah Phipps.
To kick things off, please tell us about the Internet Traveller Hannah, what do you specialise in?
The Internet Traveller is a fresh-thinking travel company specialising in tailor-made itineraries. From city breaks in the likes of Las Vegas, a USA multi-centre holiday, to a luxury trip to the Caribbean, we offer a world of choice.
This choice, combined with expert, impartial advice and unbeatable special offers, means that our customers get the perfect holiday suited to them every time.
What type of customers do you appeal to?
Oh well we appeal to a very wide audience, because all our holidays are tailor-made to suit each individual client.
What’s different about your service then, compared to other leisure agents out there?
Our people. We have a specialist team of passionate and knowledgeable travel experts who offer a personal holiday experience to each client along with great relationships with our preferred suppliers, which means we can offer the best products and prices.
How can CTM’s business travellers benefit from using the Internet Traveller?
CTM clients can benefit from the knowledge that we at the Internet Traveller are under the same umbrella as CTM (part of parent company P&P Associates) and have the weight of the backing of such a well-established company which, in these uncertain times, gives great peace of mind and total confidence in the safety of their holiday booking.
Great. Now tell us a little about your role Hannah. What do you do and what’s the most satisfying or fun part of your job?
I am the Product Manager for the Internet Traveller and I get to create and build all of the product we sell. I love being able to bring my own itinerary ideas to life and I have been lucky enough to travel to some wonderful places across the world, Chicago and New Zealand being my top two favourites so far.
Do you have any tip offs about hot leisure destinations to watch for 2017?
I would say South Africa, the Far East and the Indian Ocean! All still offer excellent value for money as the exchange rates are still strong. (at the time of writing.)Thanks Hannah and behalf of all of us here at CTM, a very warm welcome to the fold!
