Refunds & Bill back


If your booking is refundable CTM will contact the Hotel / Airline / Rail company and ensure the correct amount is returned. To begin the refund process please contact your team on:

To receive a refund on a rail ticket where the physical ticket has been received, please post the tickets to:

For reservations where a ticket on departure was arranged and not collected it will automatically be refunded by CTM.

South Africa:

New passport requirements for travel to South Africa Please be advised that as per a requirement by South Africa immigration authorities, with immediate effect, customers travelling to any point in South Africa must have two (2) unused-blank pages in their passports.

This applies to all types of passports for all foreign nationals excluding South Africans. This is a strict rule and the fine imposed for non-compliance is ZAR 15000.00 per customer. (Approx £1000) If any assistance is required please contact a member of your travel team.
