Online system training

If you feel like a one-to-one or group online walkthrough of our online system your Account Manager is here to help.
The walkthrough / training normally takes 30-45 minutes and will be conducted through the internet using our Join Me system (more information).

Refunds & Bill back


If your booking is refundable CTM will contact the Hotel / Airline / Rail company and ensure the correct amount is returned. To begin the refund process please contact your team on:

To receive a refund on a rail ticket where the physical ticket has been received, please post the tickets to:

For reservations where a ticket on departure was arranged and not collected it will automatically be refunded by CTM.
