Your User Profile
After logging into the system you can manage your profile by clicking on "Manage my Account" from the right-hand side of the booking area:
This will take you to the profile area, where you can update your personal information and Password:
Do I need to enter a Mobile Phone number?
If you are travelling internationally we strongly recommend providing a contact number in case we need to contact you about travel disruption.
If you're uncomfortable providing a mobile number you can enter your work landline into this field.
Do I need to enter my Passport details?
If you are require to fly domestically or internationally for work we recommend entering your Passport details into the system.
If you book a flight for someone who hasn't submitted their Passport details, don't worry. We will either send them an email, or the airline will prompt them when they go to check in online.
