What happens if there is a natural or man-made disaster whilst I’m travelling?
We actively assist our clientele in managing unfortunate situations such as natural or man-made disasters. In such situations all travellers within or due to travel to the area of the disaster receive updates on travel news and urgent announcements through the travel portal, email or telephone depending on the severity of the circumstances. We obtain data regarding all of these factors from a number of sources including IATA, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, industry journals, social media feeds and directly from our suppliers.
