Kathryn Lewis

Online Client Services Manager
With more than 20 years' experience in the corporate travel industry, Kathryn has worked across many sectors, including reservations, finance and online booking development. At CTM, she works closely with new and existing clients to establish and develop online booking systems that meet all their travel requirements – from the initial web build to implementing company travel policies and ensuring spend and bookings are all recorded. She’s also played a pivotal role in developing new travel technology with CTM's technology division VIBE.

Outside of work, Kathryn likes nothing better than spending time with her husband and young daughter. Her favourite travel destination is probably the Maldives, but would love to go back to the Pembrokeshire coast in Wales. She also loves riding, gardening and renovating her home.

Working with consultants and agencies such as MCS, ProSports and Four Communications, he developed a strong interest in the digital aspects of promotion and publicity.

Now as Head of Online Development at CTM, Tom is the driving force behind the adoption of online booking and is strategically increasing growth of the system through key partnerships and into the wider travel market. He has a strong interest in understanding how Generation X and Millennials interact with technology and is passionate about delivering intuitive, interactive and practical online tools.

Outside of work, Tom is a keen archer (and a member of the English Longbow Association's Fraternity of St George), cyclist, and web developer.

Recently appointed Head of Business Development at CTM, Jodie is keen to build the central sales team and establish CTM as leaders in the corporate travel market. With relationships in hospitality, customer service, sales, travel and corporate partnerships, her key focus is business development.

Jodie’s main passion is travelling – she has visited over 70 countries, with some of her favourite places being Japan, the Maldives and Malawi. She loves fine dining – Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck being one of her favourite experiences – and exercise... This year Jodie has completed the 10-mile Total Warrior obstacle course, as well as the Robin Hood Marathon.

Julie Oliva

Head of Customer Services
Julie joined CTM in 2012 and has extensive operational and customer service experience gained from 26 years in the industry. At CTM Julie is responsible for creating and delivering operational strategies to ensure retention, long-term stability and growth for the CTM client base. She also leads a strong dynamic account management team and has played a key role in reviewing workflow processes and implementing new systems to ensure efficient ways of working and booking travel.

Outside of work, Julie loves spending time with her family and friends. Her little boy keeps her on her toes - and she can often be found at the various clubs and after-school activities he goes to. Favourite travel destinations include New York and Washington.
